How It Works
The Dadfluence Challenge includes 49 self-paced videos that can be watched daily or on your time. Some videos are short, others a bit longer, but all provide valuable skills for building better dads.
Most videos also include an assignment for you to do or print out and complete. These assignments are not to be turned in, but are highly beneficial and help you put the information to practice and make the changes needed to be the best dad you can be. There is a master habit tracker, and ideas and tools that empower you on the journey.Â

Meet EksAyn Anderson
Look, I could bore you with things I have done, like how I got on Forbes, wrote books, or how I like to hike mountains with my kids.
But I am not going to.
My name is EksAyn Anderson and I care about helping you succeed as a dad.
Why?
I believe that if we don't fix marriages and families, everything else we do will be like straightening deck chairs on the Titantic.
And I believe you and I both love our kids.
And I think we would prefer a world for our kids that isn't sinking like the Titantic
And in my view, for that to happen we have to have good dads - good men like you who care enough to keep learning, do the right thing for the right reason, and follow a Poor Carpenter who has more influence than anyone.
I've made plenty of mistakes as a dad. I've felt confused, lonely, heartbroken and sad.
That said, I have now been practicing real-world influence for decades, not only at work but also at home. I studied psychology in college, researched systems, sought out massively effective parents, and learned from my own mistakes and successes to help you learn to gently but powerfully influence your children.
But only if you actually do the work.
